Stock & Lead Times
Antique Street holds a large amount of stock and we aim to keep this information up to date across the website.Our lead time for unfinished furniture is approximately 15 working days. Please give us a call if your order is urgent and we will try and accommodate you.
Please note if an item is out of stock it can take up to 20 weeks before it is back in stock.
Delivery
Our typical delivery charge is £100 plus VAT to the majority of UK mainland addresses (exclusions apply) which includes one driver delivering to the door (ground floor). Delivery is Monday - Friday and business to business only. Please note we do not drop ship (unless otherwise agreed).If the furniture requires more than one person to manouvre it is the responsibility of the customer to provide additional help.
Please also inform us of any access restrictions prior to delivery.
We operate a multidrop system on the day of our choice, therefore it is not possible to state an exact delivery time but we can usually state whether am or pm. If you are not available to accept the delivery once a date has been agreed a re-delivery charge will apply.
We are happy to deliver furniture to shippers for overseas customers however we do not generally get involved in export or export packing.
Customers are welcome to collect their furniture however great care must be taken with your choice of couriers. Furniture will be bagged and loosely packed but we ask customers to bring blankets for packing and ensure they will be sercure in transit. We cannot accept responsibilty for furniture once it has left our warehouse if the customer has arranged a collection.
